The Factories Act

• Applicable to any premises where:

  • 20 or more workers are employed with aid of power, or

  • 40 or more workers are employed without aid of power,
    and a manufacturing process is carried out.

• Obtaining registration certificate under the Factories Act.

• Factory Machinery Plan Approval

• Factory Licences Application

• Factory Licences Renewal

• Preparation and submission of annual returns (before 31st January) to the Inspector.

• Preparation and submission of half-yearly returns (before 15th July) to the Inspector.

• Representing the manufacturer and occupier before the Inspector and Appellate Authority.
